To find your character code:
1) On the games main menu, click the "green button with the mens toilet icon on it" (bottom right)
2) Click add friend
3) Character code (3 digits) is displayed in the top right of the window that pops up.
Note that friends can be added from real life using their starcraft ID's (e-mail adress you bought your SCII account with), or from fake internet life by using character codes
