    yup always been a bit of a problem that has, embedded anything on a pdf

    its almost had more patches than Quicktime,

    wasn't aware quick time executed code in quite the same way

    lets hope it's a sign that adobe are going to start addressing fixes and vulnerabilities, and crash issues, with more regular vigour.

    I see.

    I guess with security problems of their own to keep on top of, Apple have decided to limit the potential for further disruption from the main external offender. After all, they sell themselves on user experience. There's a big risk in that if you can't rely on software partners (with Flash being the documented biggest reason for online critical errors on OSX). Especially with their renewed focus on portable devices (not one mention of Mac computers at the recent WWDC keynote.

    In any event. I hope Adobe have learned something here. They've always been slow to patch. They have been lazy when it comes to mobile optimisation and support. I'm sure that will improve now.
