Basically a google docs sheet with everyones hero progress. Handy for knowing who you can realistically party with.

ya...maybe the new item drop rates in the 1.0.3. patch will make it easier to get the necessary gear.

with 650+ resistance to all, 46% dodge chance, 45% damage reduction from damage and a measly 30k hp i get killed by sand wasps in like 3-4 hits. not even special sand wasps. i want to try to solo it and act 2 is - d3 staff have admitted - broken to all hell.

My barb is up to a level where I can do act 2 fine, but the jump from act 2 to act 3 feels bigger than the jump from act 1 to act 2, and it's pretty difficult to progress at all.

Updated my heroes. On NM now with 2 of them and almost with the other 1. May actually focus on getting one to Hell now.

that is, cause that's the case there is quite a big level gap between 2-3 and then 3-4 whereas 1-2 is quite a small gap (mob level wise)
at least that's what I've heard from farmers etc

Finally made it to inferno with my Barb....and now getting resoundingly owned. Hard. Very hard. Need to indulge in some farming I think....and rethink my Nuker strategy - since nothing actually dies as quickly as my nukes require.....leaving me with huge DPS but very little protection.

Have switched to Resist All and and Armour buffs I can get. Also noted that Intelligence actually matters on a Barb. Not too much of it - but enough to dodge etc. Now takes me a lot longer to kill stuff - but at least I stay alive

I wouldn't go for intelligence on a barb
If you have 30 all resist on a piece you need 300 intelligence to also get 30 all resist. But some dex for extra dodge is certainly nice.

w00t. My Monk has joined my Barb at lvl 60. Barb now for solo play, monk for play with friends. Next to level - a Wizard, but not until I get some serious farm done on act 2 inf.

hehe - yeah - just not been too well, and pretty reclusive....

Currently farming Act 2 - can play through Act 3 but it's not efficient farming as stuff takes longer to die.

Can pretty much faceroll Act 2 with my Monk now - with suprisingly little All Resist....whilst I have the gear to equip around 850+ all resist, I run act 2 with around 500 It's over rated I prefer to use speed and crit chance (30%) with 350% crit damage, stacked Dex (1700+) .... Vit is also over rated - I run with 25k - 30k just fine. If it can't kill you in two hits, it aint worth worrying about. Life steal / life on hit is of course necessary - as is an escape mechanism....but with 30% crit chance and Sweeping Wind with Cyclone equipped, more often than not I kill an elite pack in 6-10 seconds...and my weapons ain't all that (I dual wield daggers for their speed, neither is over 720 dps) - with my focus on attack speed and crit, my base DPS is 30K. I've farmed alot of items so can change to more tanky builds, massive DPS builds (well, 40k+ base dps) or whatever; i've just found that my current build works best for my play style.

I find a good amount of rares - and have cashed many in so I'm up to £40 made on the RMAH so far - into paypal and ready to buy Guild Wars 2 with it when it hits £50 All my current builds include a good amount of MF - less so GF; with 5 stacks of NV, I have anything between 210% and 270% MF

oh, final thought - life on hit is over rated compared to lifesteal.... i've found as my dps and crit damage scales up, I get more life back from lifesteal - and it's so much easier to get weapons with it on (more and more I use found items - and just use the AH to sell - it's satisfying to use kit you find!!!). I've tried various builds around this principle - and particularly like running with a huge health globe bonus (14-17k) and life after kill (2k) - may not be great for boss fights (but they're pretty easy anyway) - but with Elites, it's usually easy to kite them to a populated area and leech off the mobs around you with AOE as you smash away at the elites.
