Loosely skill-based, but that's based on the teams that applied. Seems like hardly any high-div teams applied, so Div 1 contains teams from ETF2L divs 1 (colony, "russia" = iPwR/turbopoop combo team) down to 3 (Kritzkast, Sandviches Are Forever). Ours seems to contain a mix of anything from div 3 (Don't Shoot The Spoonicorn) to Div 6 (Wolves of Anatolia). Presumably the lower divs are made up largely of low-div teams.
Also I'm sure there were 7 divs yesterday, but today seems to be 5. Hmm.
I was thinking today with this coming up soon how about an inter-squad/inter-playstuff friendly to get everyone back in competative mode ? Anyone interested ? How about maybe this weekend one night 8 or 9 ?
we could play the first map from week 1 (gullywash I think but will need to check) ?
Sounds good to me. If we can't get enough people together we can arrange it via IRC with another highlander team. We should probably organise class preferences, too.
There's a lot of custom maps on that schedule, damn. Going to be totally lost. Also Div2? Nuuuu ;_;
Extremely lame. This weekend our internet decided to go kaput. I've tried everything I can think of but I think the problem is somewhere at Virgin's end as opposed to ours, which means I have to wait on them to fix it. In the meantime I can't even get online reliably to come on the forum, never mind play a match. I should still just about be able to do some organising if I browse from my phone etc, but I'm going to have to be considered unavailable to play for an unknown period of time.
If any of you guys are able to pitch in with contacting teams, sorting Doodles etc I would really appreciate it until I can get this sorted again.

Its looking more than likely either Saturday or Sunday at either 8 or 9. If we have the chance maybe better picking the later time so we have a bit time to practise rtun through a few tactics etc on server before the match kicks off.

Nah just read the rules apparently as long as you register with the team your good to go.
Once your registered go to the "control panel" top roght of the screen on here http://tf2.wireplay.co.uk/9v9/ then enter your steam I.D and apply to join the .ps team (near the top of the list note the .) we are in div2.
I've added my ID and found the team but I don't see any way to apply...

Hmm tbh I not sure what to do and can't 100% remember where the join button was. As long as your registered on the site though with your steam I.D entered for the time being you can be a merc until we can figure out how to put you on the team. Feel free to enter your info on Doodle though m8 as we may well need you.
